Ashford Castle ; enjoy the walks and stunning views around Ashford Castle. 
Once the estate of the Guinness Family, the Castle has operated as an exclusive hotel since 1939.  

Ballykine Castle ; near Clonbur was the home of the Kyne family, who held sway in this area.

Caislean na Circe - Hen's Castle, home of Grace O'Malley, is considered to be the oldest fortress of its kind in Ireland, and it is undoubtedly one of the best built.

Mount Gable ; (1370 feet) is one of the most beautiful and scenic mountain walks in Ireland.
